Individual psychotherapy provides space for a client to work with a clinician one on one. KS Services wants to partner with you to have effective and tangible growth so that your personal, relational, and spiritual interactions are on a path that’s best for you and your family. Individual therapy services will be personalized using evidenced-based therapy to best support you on your path to change and growth.

Relationships within a family system can be complex. KS Services provides both couples and family therapy to support you in learning to love and connect with those most precious to you.

We support couples as they learn to know and pursue one another in an authentic, honest relationship. By integrating research methods by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, a trained clinician will help to increase healthy communication and enjoyment of one another while also addressing past hurts that impact the health of the relationship.

Communication within a family system is key. Learning to hear one another and respect thoughts, opinions, and differences is not always easy. In family therapy, KS Services will partner with you and your family to develop life-long tools that will grow your family connection throughout all life stages. 

Our approach with teens is supportive, highly interactive and collaborative. Clinicians working with adolescents will work to develop a strong therapeutic relationship in order to partner together to tackle the many stressors teens face.

Group therapy provides an opportunity for clients to engage in a unique therapeutic space where individuals who are likely experiencing similar circumstances come together for various purposes.  Groups may be psychotherapeutic, psychoeducational or support groups depending upon the goals and format of the group.   To learn more about current groups KS Services, LLC is offering, please visit our Join a Group page.

An ADHD consultation is helpful if a person or family is seeking increased self-awareness, understanding, or resources regarding a recent or suspected ADHD diagnostic impression in the family. The goal of these consultations is not to diagnose an individual but to provide a safe space for an individual or family system to process what an ADHD diagnosis can mean and gain access to more resources and education.

KS Services, LLC offers a unique opportunity for those clients who desire the emotional support of an animal during therapy sessions. Both our Virginia and Colorado offices have an ESA in office working alongside clinicians for increased support and comfort.
