We are excited to use these new tools to grow and understand one another. We are looking forward to the healthy change in our marriage relationship.

Thank you for the impact you have had on my growth. Working with you has taught me so much about who I am and how I want to live my life.

I was very reluctant to go to a counselor because I'm a very intelligent person who can solve most problems.  It turns out I needed help to solve me.  I'm still a work in progress, but am light years ahead of where I was thanks to Lauran.  I'm better with my wife, my kids, my work, and my view of myself.  She is a no nonsense, non-judgmental, and caring professional, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely love Sondra Horst in Burke (Fairfax Station border). She has been absolutely life-changing for me and my husband, too!  She is a military spouse and the practice is also owned by a military spouse. Both are absolutely amazing! She has helped me address my previously diagnosed mental health struggles and current ones as well.She has given me my life back honestly.

I’ve been raving about my ADHD consultation to my friends who also have ADHD kiddos. You were so helpful, and all the wisdom and resources you have shared have been so incredibly helpful. There has been such a big difference in myself and my kids just from all the little tweaks.  We actually had a great week, and my middle son’s confidence is building because now my tweaks are setting him up to succeed.  My oldest son’s anxiety has significantly lowered and was actually able to do really well with his school work last week. Thank you so much!

Our family came to KS Services in crisis.  Lauran was willing to do whatever it took to work with our family. As a result of the counseling we received, we've seen tremendous progress in our communication and understanding, and our family relationships have improved.  I would highly recommend her services to anyone struggling -- it's worth the investment of time and money!​
